Over at EBT we try and find ways to help our little men always be healthy and happy. One of my favorite ways to nurture the babes and myself is through essential oils. It started with using them as a form of aromatherapy to relax and the benefits have been much more than just that! For the boys we use them on their boo-boo’s, when we travel we use them to boost our immune systems, and help relax to have a restful sleep, and the list keeps going.
