When do you ship orders? When do I receive my order?
Order processing takes 1 business day. You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. If you do not receive this email it may be because you entered your email address incorrectly or our confirmation email is getting caught in your spam filter. Please check the email address given is correct and add Orders@ItsEasyBaby.com to your exceptions list of your email client. If we have any questions or issues with your order we will attempt to email you first.
U.S. Standard shipping time is 5 - 7 business days after your order is completed. Expedited shipping time is 1-3 business days. If you need your items quicker please contact us via email at Danielle@ItsEasyBaby.com. Once an item is shipped it is the responsibility of the postal service to deliver it. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure. Delivered and stolen packages are rarely covered by USPS insurance and Easy Baby will not be liable.
International shipping time varies. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
