All orders are shipped from the United States. Worldwide shipping is available. Please see below. All orders are processed and shipped within one business day unless otherwise indicated on our site. For example, when our family takes some time off.

You will receive a tracking number via e-mail once your order is sent out for delivery. Except in rare circumstances, all orders shipped to the United States are delivered via the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS defines the length of a business day as the transition to the next business day. Meaning, Monday is not a business day. Monday to Tuesday is a business day.
We cannot guarantee the transit time but, on average, orders shipped to the United States via the 5-7 business day shipping option arrive between 3-4 business days.Orders shipped outside the United States
Pricing for orders shipped outside the United States vary due to the destination, desired receiving time, products purchased and the carrier a customer chooses to use. We offer many options. Transit times start at two business days. Orders can be shipped via The United States Postal Service (USPS), the United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx. The customer chooses their preferred carrier and desired transit time at checkout.
Please note (1) certain carriers work with one another and with local deliver services to get your order to you during the "last mile" of your delivery route. As a result, depending upon your destination and carrier choice, tracking numbers may report when the item is fully delivered or only when it arrives in your country. (2) You will be responsible for any and all taxes, duties, VAT or other fees your destination country requires the recipient to pay before receiving your order. (3) If an order to outside the United States is not received we will work with the carrier's insurance department to attempt to secure you a refund. (4) Any returns or exchanges shipped back to us from a country outside of the United States are paid for by the sender.
