We ship to the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia Currently.
Shipping times within the USA & Canada range from 2-7 days based on the shipping option you choose at checkout
Shipping times outside of the USA & Canada range from 5-20 days based on the shipping option you choose at checkout
We offer rush shipping options during checkout for both USA and International orders
We offer shipping insurance for a small fee during checkout via our partner Route / LLoyd's of London.

As a small business we've created a shipping policy to meet the needs of our moms. We have many options available for you! Easy Baby Travelers Diaper Bag Organizer and Made to Order items have different shipping times. Please read the details below. All orders are processed and shipped within three business days unless otherwise indicated on our site. For example, when our family takes some time off.

For Easy Baby Travelers Diaper Bag Organizers shipped to the United States:
Shipping times range from 2 to 7 days depending upon the shipping option you select during checkout. We often run free shipping promotions. These promotions will be visible to you on our website when they are available and can be selected during checkout. Rush shipping options are available during checkout. Once an item is shipped it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver it. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.

Shipping fees for both USA and international orders are nonrefundable and we are unable to prorate if the shipping company is outside of the shipping window. If you are unsure about your tracking, we recommend contacting the shipping company directly. They will not release any information to us that is more than what is offered on their websites.

Easy Baby is not responsible once the items leaves our facility with the shipping carrier.

International Orders (Outside the US):
Please note: Recipient pays any taxes, duties, VAT, etc. Shipping times for orders shipped outside the United States range from 5 to 20 business days depending upon the option you select during checkout. Rush shipping options are available during checkout. Once an item is shipped it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver it. Customs time varies in each country and can delay your order.

Easy Baby is not responsible once the items leaves our facility with the shipping carrier.

For Made to Order Items
Made to order items are made especially for you with extra care and love and require a little more time to make and ship. They will arrive in 2-4 weeks. If you are also purchasing Easy Baby Travelers Diaper Bag Organizers, your Easy Baby Travelers will arrive in a separate shipment using one of the shipping options above. If you are ordering multiple Made to Order items they may arrive in several different shipments.

Tracking Numbers
You will receive a tracking number via e-mail once your order is sent out for delivery. Except in rare circumstances, all orders shipped within the United States are delivered via the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, DHL and/or FedEx. Carriers define the length of a business day as the transition to the next business day. Meaning, Monday is not a business day. Monday to Tuesday is a business day.

Stolen Shipments Policy
Our deliveries are not sent signature required by default. If you would like to have signature required please contact easybabytravelerscs@gmail.com before placing your order. It is the sender's responsibility to ensure that packages are delivered to a secure destination. Easy Baby and the carrier are not responsible for stolen packages that are delivered, we have no way of knowing if the item is being sent to a secure location and do not offer replacements for stolen items. In the event that a package is stolen we can assist with filing a claim with the carrier. It may take several business days for USPS, DHL or FedEx to provide additional information. Your credit card company may also insure your online purchases. If you have used PayPal we recommend that you file a claim with them on the stolen item(s). Please check with them. Please check with your neighbors and/or super of your building. Sometimes a neighbor or a building super will mistakenly take your delivery. Please confirm with them that this is not the case.

Please note: packages arrive in 14" x 19.5" or larger colored poly mailer. The packages may not fit in mailboxes in apartment buildings.
